Hello,

I'm sort of looking for recommendations. I want to purchase one of those Mini Gaming PCs are turn it into a dedicated game server for myself/friends. I'm trying to find something under $500, mini in size, decent specs to run different servers. Servers I have in mind would be an Ark Ascended server for example.

Sorry no one has answered, I have never owned a mini but I do know there are several users here that have bought Beelink and love them. They have great reviews on Amazon too. Getting one with the exact combined specs you want might be difficult. The ones I saw would only support a 2 tb drive.

I don't know where your located but Amazon list some really good Mini PCs. I have one Kamrui that is temporarily retired and three Beelinks. My one Beelink is used as a Media streamer. I have a 14TB WD USB 3.0 drive connected to it and it works great.

But there are so many. Again, Beelink, as @Winuser mentions is a popular product brand.

I ran 24 slot (and above) game servers (hired) for 8 years (maybe 10?) Counterstrike Source to be exact. So much fun, I miss that. Servers were always chock a block full. I spent thousands on custom scripts. I had to hire the servers because I am not a networking guy, and they had support/admin. It was the best fun.
