Solved Missing Driver In Windows 11 24H2

Hello All

Only thing i disabled after my latest clean install was Intergrated Video in UEFI bios, as it showed in my Task Manager, Memory section Hardware Reserved 918MB, Now Down to 406MB Hardware Reserved

Download , unzip Snappy Driver Installer ORIGIN (note : ORIGIN version ONLY)

Snappy Driver Installer Origin – Glenn's Page

Run - SDIO_x64_R816.exe file

Select Download Indexes Only option only

Select ONLY the drivers that are required. Do not arbitrarily update other drivers just because they are listed/recommended

Ok Thank you, gets that done asap here, and goes from there. Prior to me Disabling the Intergrated Video in UEFI bios i didn't have any missing devices in Task Manager.

But checks things out with Snappy Driver Installer Origin and goes from there

Might just Use AMD Cleanup Utlity and Reinstall the Video Driver tomorrow, and see if that helps any, i have not touched the Chipset drivers since installed, so as far as i know should be all good.

Sorry to disagree here, but no way in hades would I use a 3rd party driver updater unless it was one provided my OEM or motherboard manufacturer.

If you right click on the troublesome device in device manager, select properties, details tab. Click down arrow under "property". From the list select "Hardware ids.
See if it provides a pci/ven value of the device. Go here and enter pci/ven https://pcilookup.com/to see if it provides info about that device.

If that does not give a clue, reinstall your chipset driver. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-B650-VC-WIFI/support#driver
There's also a new bios for that board dated 7/24/25 https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-B650-VC-WIFI/support#bios
OR
You can also choose to update new and missing drivers through MSI Center. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-B650-VC-WIFI/support#utility
Open MSI Center → click “Support” → click “Live Update” → click “Scan” → select the driver you want to update → click “Download” and execute the installation.

Ok works on that, i was waiting for that UEFI bios to go final before installing it, not too comfortable installing Beta ones lol.

I can also Reinstall the Chipset Driver & Video Driver asap here, maybe even before bed in a short little while

Got a 404 Error with the Hardware Id site, so couldn't find any more info on the Pcie Device

((I didn't install anything with the Snappy driver installer, looked at the list and closed it))

**Got it!, Pointed the Item to AMD Chipset Driver Folder, and it found the driver, and successfully installed it**

Missing Driver No longer showing in original area

Hardware Id showed as this:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_14DE&SUBSYS_7D781462&REV_C3

Didn't find much info on it though

Device went into System Components after pointing it to AMD Chipset software folder, and now shows AMD Pci

**Probably will still reinstall the Full Chipset driver package if needed before bed and Video driver just to be on safe side, and uninstalling Snappy Driver Origin**

Already Have the July 4th Bios Update Installed

Chipset drivers i have downloaded, and will get those installed asap here

and video driver i do have downloaded as well

Think i should be good after i get all those situated

Ok Now after reinstalling the Chipset Drivers after successfully uninstalling and rebooting first

Then used AMD cleanup utility to remove the old video drivers in safe mode, then reinstalled in normal mode with internet disabled

Device Manager shows all good now

So think should be totally fine now

Other devices are devices that Windows cannot find a suitable driver for hence they have a question mark next to them.

The bluetooth are maybe the on board wifi and MSI has the driver for it on the site under LAN drivers.

Ok Installed the Bluetooth Driver

Devices still showing up though in Other Devices area, guess i could try a Restart in a few minutes here and see if that makes any difference in regards to that

think Instant Hotspot and SMS/MMS is related to my Galaxy S25 Phone & Phone Link

The Other Bluetooth Devices unknown what those are as everything else appears to have there drivers installed, and functions fine from what i can tell

Mainly use Bluetooth portion, and internet wise is on Ethernet 2.5gig adapter, do use the wifi 6e portion off and on though if need be, or if some reason need to move the ethernet wire for some reason

**Removing my Galaxy S25 From Bluetooth and Phone Link--has removed all the remaining Other Devices listed in Device Manager**
