My monitor was flickering on an All-In-One system. I rebooted Windows and the issue resolved.
My concern is that this is a hardware issue and the computer is still under warranty. Is there any way to determine whether this is a hardware issue?
I had a computer many years ago that had an issue with the monitor that appeared 6 months after I bought it. It stopped but then about 7 months later the monitor
stopped working and the system was out of warranty.
