mouse was disabled after laptop wake up from sleep and hibernation?

I tried to disable the USB suspend setting in power option but the problem persist. Does anyone know what is the problem and how should i fix it?

Sorry no one has answered. I just saw your post. The only thing I can offer for you to try is look in Device Manager>expand mice & pointing devices>Right click on your mouse>select properties>
make sure 'allow computer to turn off this device to save power' is UNCHECKED. You might also want to check the box next to 'allow this device to wake computer'
Also in device manager>expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers>right click on your extensible host controller>Power management tab.> uncheck 'allow computer to turn off device to save power'
