My high contrast themes - based on Star Trek LCARS

I made some high contrast themes for Windows 11 based off the computers found in Star Trek.

There is an all black version which is closer to the show, and a grey version which some might find better for everyday web browsing.

Two other variations on each theme..
The light has a different shade of grey available which was influenced by the high contrast theme found on the whitehouse.gov website
The dark changes the inactive text to red instead of grey on the theme
