Solved My laptop has a yellow exclamation mark in "Devices & Printers" in Control panel

As you can see in the screen grab in control panel "devices and printers" my laptop has a yellow exclamation Mark.

When I go into Device Manager there are no yellow exclamation marks - all drivers are installed correctly.

I can't work out why the mark is there.

This may be of some relevance but I lost my previous laptop but luckily took a Macrium reflect image a week before. So I bought a new very similar architecture laptop also a Lenovo and used the Macrium image to reinstate my operating system on the new laptop and installed all the new drivers and deleted all the old ones.

Anyone got any ideas?

Also I was wondering what the "service test loopback A" Device at the bottom of the screen is? And whether it can be deleted?

1) Please run the V2 log collector > post a share link



2) Run administrative command prompt > find the new desktop file > post a share link

dism /online /get-drivers /format:table >c:\drivers.txt


3) Download and install Speccy > post a share link

Does it provide any further information if you hover your cursor over it or right-click on it to see if its Scan properties entry says anything?

I used to get this but, when I investigated, the warning triangle was just telling me that I had [deliberately] disabled one of the GPUs.

Denis - that is the sort of answer I was looking for - you are a star and you have solved the mystery
When I hover the cursor over the icon it says Driver Error and I have intentionally disabled 3 devices.

There are no functional problems so you get a big gold star and go to top of the class

I'm glad it's resolved.

Glad you got it resolved with @Try3 's help.
There are ways to show your appreciation by hovering then clicking on like (thumb up bottom right of any post.)
Then choose your appreciation level.

How come the computer is using KMS to activate Windows?
