My laptop's dts x ultra component disappeared after installing drivers

Hola buenas tardes tengo un problema con el componente dts x ultra al actualizar los drivers de audio y al instalar el dts x ultra se eliminó dicho componente y luego al instalar el dts instalado no me aparece el componente en el administrador de dispositivos ni ¿Aparece ejecutándose ¿En el programa de servicios de Windows? Intenté instalar otro componente dts x ultra desde otros enlaces y todavía no lo instala. Lo formateé y nada. Instalé windows 11 desde un usb y todavía no aparece incluso instalé w10 pensando que eran problemas de compatibilidad y los pedidos dtsBuenas tardes, gracias. Hello good afternoon I have a problem with the dts x ultra component when updating the audio drivers and when installing the dts x ultra said component was removed and then when installing the installed dts I do not see the component in the device manager nor does it appear running in the Windows services program? I tried installing another dts x ultra component from other links and it still doesn't install it. I formatted it and nothing. I installed windows 11 from a usb and it still doesn't show up I even installed w10 thinking it was compatibility issues and dts ordersGood afternoon, thanks.
