Solved My pc started performing poorly

Today i played a heavy game that my pc could handle over 3 months ago but noticed that it ran with less fps that it was running before
I have only formatted my disks to clean them up i havent done anything to the pc
pls help

You will get better results by learning some basic stuff about the various 3D graphical effects and their impact on what appears on screen and usage of CPU and GPU.

To that end you need to go to the detailed/advanced graphical settings and make adjustments.
Ideally the game should have a demo/benchmark mode to see the results of those adjustments.
You can easily double the fps by a couple of simple advanced graphics adjustments.

Just one example is anti-aliasing, the simplest version looks indistinguishable to fancier complex methods that waste CPU and GPU resources on something you cannot see.
Then you go through the other effects, in time you will know exactly what to adjust.

Generalised settings like Low, Medium, High, Ultra High etc are rather broad brush and you can do much better yourself in the detailed/advanced settings.
The Nvidia GeForce Experience App, the preset settings in there are similarly useless in general.
I just uninstall the App.

I think what @idgat is getting at is: when you said that you reformatted your disks, what did you then do - presumably you reinstalled the operating system and the games etc. Could that reinstallation be the cause of the slowdown? We need to know whether you reformatted both your hard drives and how you went about restoring everything before it is possible to analyse why you have the slowdown.

In Windows not much you can do, you can add the folder with the game in the exceptions Microsoft antivirus, try to run in exclusive full screen mode and other little things.

i didnt restore anything i just downloaded some of the games i had

Thanks for clarifying. To most of us here, reformatting has a specific meaning which implies wiping everything on the disk. https://logixconsulting.com/2019/09/18/reimaging-vs-reformatting-whats-the-difference/

This thread is an absolute joke with some of these responses, Long gone are the SevenForum days where things were actually done properly.

Not one person advising to re-install drivers, Not one person asked what game, Everyone with the random answers that aren't helping (Yes i know op didn't exactly help out much here) but come on to foodle.

And i aint gonna say anything further, but that 18 MINUTE VIDEO was one of the biggest wastes of time sifting through. Absolute nonsense.

OP your system specs show this is a Ryzen system. A b450 motherboard using a Ryzen 3 3400g processor. When you had the system reset and reloaded Windows did you then install the latest AMD chipset drivers? Microsoft Update typically will not update the required AMD drivers like it does somewhat with Intel chipset drivers.
