My power button no longer turns off my PC

Hi

My problem is that when I press the power button on my case, or click on Windows 11 shutdown, Windows closes and the monitor loses signal but my PC fans are still running like all my other pc compnents. I know that because all have some color leds, and it stays in that state until I power off my UPS. What is wrong and how to fix this problem ? . BIOS has latest version. Also if I am inside the BIOS and press on the power button, I get the same result.

MSI MAG X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI
AMD 5900x
GPU 6800 XT
32 GB RAM
QHD monitor
NO OC
Two NVME drives

What LEDs can you see? Is motherboard LAN LEDs still working?

Have you tried turning off computer via the switch on the PSU? (Might be awkward to reach, but if you can angle the computer case, you might be able to do so, as a one off test.)

Instead of turning off, can you put your computer to sleep? DO the fans, etc, turn off then?

Motherboard, cooler, GPU, and sound card all light up.

yes and when I turn it on again, my pc turn on by itself

sleep or hibernate are disabled. Should I enable sleep and try ?

You could try and re-enable sleep mode, for testing purposes.
