MyPhpadmin for Database creation

Hi folks
I'm looking at working on using a W.A.M.P (Windows, Apache, MySQL,PHP) server on Windows -- probably a question for @pparks1 here
It works on Linux but there are 2 errors I can't seem to get rid of -- Password - blowfish even as I've done it per documentation and I can't get access to a folder even though I've granted evry possible access to it. It's not a major problem while testing but I want to bring this over to Windows for an Internet server and a database handler -- note MySQL is replaced by MariaDB but commands etc are identical.

Any help appreciated before I transfer the whole thing to a Windows server. (For home users wanting Internet servers Apache is far easier than messing around with the Microsoft stuff for HTTPD and as well as MariaDB and php is installable on Windows).

install components separately. iis is no harder to setup than apache, but use either or. then setup your database of choice. Then setup php.

When a vulnerability is found affecting the version of apache or php in wamp, you have to wait for wamp to update it, even if the source (apache or php) has mitigated it.

To answer your question tho, look in your phpmyadmin directory for a file called config.inc.php

The Blowfish solution worked but not the other directory problem -- it exists and has Read / write / execute for all accounts -- I know that's not good security but I'm testing.

Doesn't seem to stop basic functionality but I just don't like having an error when starting a service.

iis I do find not as convenient as apache with MariaDB although it might be a good choice if you use Ms's MySQL server which I don't have.
