Netwtw06.sys BSOD on each reboot

I have been receiving a BSOD upon each reboot recently. It seems to be related to the Intel Wi-Fi driver (Netwtw06.sys) but I can’t seem to fix it.

I’ve tried the following:

  • Updating both the Ethernet and Wi-Fi drivers from Dell’s site
  • BIOS update
  • Uninstalling the Wi-Fi driver completely
  • Updating the Intel Wi-Fi driver with the driver from intel

Nothing seems to work. I have thought of disabling the Wi-Fi card in the BIOS as I use Ethernet only but figured I’d post here before making any other changes.

Consider making free or pay backup images > clean install Windows 10 with new drivers > reevaluate computer stability / instability

If computer instability persists then troubleshoot hardware.

When testing Windows 10 with new drivers has completed restore an image.




For the current installation:


a) increase the drive free space so that there is > 30 GB free space


b) run tuneup plus > post a share link
