So, in Case that the Security Service Crash Bug is still not fixed, there is another Bug incoming with latest Patch Day Update.
When i move the Mouse over the Security Health Taskbar Icon, there is no Info Bubble and right Click does not open the Quick Menu. Is this correct or a new Bug?

Repairing Security Center does not help. It is so anooooooying
