New Build on Moving from Ten Forums to Eleven Forum

I'm moving across from Ten Forums (with a demotion!) with a new build I'm about to put together, Windows 11 to clean install then the mammoth task of reinstalling and configuring programs. The set up is:
Intel i7-13700K CPU (new)
Noctua NH-D14 cooler (reused)
Asus TUF Gaming Plus WiFi Z790 motherboard (new)
Kingston Fury Beast 64 GB DDR5 RAM (new)
Kingston KC3000 2TB NVME SSD (new)
NVidia RTX 2060 Super GPU (Reused)
Various SATA HDDs & SSD (reused)
EVGA SuperNova G2 850W PSU (reused)
Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 case (reused)
Windows 11 Pro
I had to return the original Asus ROG Strix board since I discovered the Noctua fan could only be installed rotated 90 degrees due the daft design of the very large VRM heatsinks.
I'm aware power and temperature limits should be set for this CPU in the BIOS. All other suggestions welcome.

You should be fine with the CPU power and temps... the 13700 non-K is only 65w

Ok... then yeah, watch the temps. That's a 125w CPU.
These days, you don't really
need to overclock anymore. Those 13700... CPUs have a 5.2Ghz boost clock already.
Your RTX 2060 is already gonna be huffing and puffing just to try and keep up with a plain 13700.
