Is it a WebP image? No, can’t post those here, have to save as Jpeg or PNG

It’s easy on an iPad, you just open the image in Photos, crop a fraction of it and it saves as a different allowable format, usually PNG

If you right click on an image and choose the equivalent of “view image” When it opens you should be able to right click again and “save Image” it generally saves as a PNG

They are offering me a replacement or if it doesn't bother me theyed give me a 54.00 credit.

Looks like a molding issue but also could of taken a hard hit. I'd replace it also.
