New Outlook cannot update emails from server. IMAP

New Outlook can't update the mail from the server, only the message from a week ago, when I added the account.
My username and password are right and they are available on other email clients.

Does it update if you press send recieve?

Check the gear icon (settings), select the account and see if there is something checked in the send/receive frequency?

You could try resetting/repairing the Mail App

You could also try setting Outlook back to the old Outlook to see if the sync issue still exists.
