I have two clean Win11 installs and the one I use for work keeps finding a drive or file on the Explorer Home page that (I'm guessing) is can't access.

There is a long delay while it says "Working on it..."

If I go to the File Explorer and clear the history all is well again, for a time.
It seems to just repopulate the favorites and recent files on the Home page with one drive files. But I'm using a local Windows account and not logged into OnDrive. I have installed Office 365 with a work account.

My work laptop shows what looks like the same favorites and recent files but has no delay.

It looks like I need to disable Show frequently used folders. It added a network share I don't often have access to.
It seems like something changed though as I've had this same setup for about 6 months and the last few days is the first time I've seen the long delay.
