New Windows Recall security vulnerability

This is akin to watching the little Dutch boy put his finger in the dike, thanks to master Hans Brinker, as MS endlessly patches it, wasting everybody's time.

I do not defend this Recall feature at all. Windows Recall is just a security and privacy nightmare.

Oh I know you didn't, but some others here do.

Recall should be optional through the Microsoft Store for those who want it. Leave everybody else, alone.

Majority do not know, what they want, thus many features are enabled by default or they would not know about them.
The problem is that people, who know about it, can not disable it easily, forever, it can re-enable itself, like Copilot.

There's also a difference between the Recall feature being enabled as a component of Windows, and Recall actually activated and collecting screenshots.

Microsoft doesn't really want them to know. Not until it's too late.

"Hello, folks! We got this really cool feature that we just installed in your latest update. It's called Windows Recall and it does....blah...blah...blah..."

That's right. Many of the folks, here.

And once they find out Recall has recently been hacked then they'll come here to these forums looking for help.

I expect many Recall issues here in the next couple of years or so, once they migrate it over to Intel x64 machines. And they will eventually do that. Guaranteed.
