Random Application Freezes/Hangs - Win11

So long story short a few months ago I finally built my first PC, all brand new components, I'm no newbie and I know the ins and outs of PC building and all that comes with it, and honestly it works beautifully, apart from one annoying problem that for the best of me I just can not figure out why it's happening.

At various random times my PC programs will freeze up, well I should say hang. Most of the time I'll have my browser open and it'll just hang and task manager won't let me close it and I have to reboot my PC to get everything working again. When my browser is in a hanging state I try to open other program and some will open and some fail to do so, and if they do open they'll be frozen.

Also when I'm in this frozen/hanging state sometimes the search bar in the taskbar doesn't work, as in it opens but nothing is there, it's completely blank. I have a suspicion it's browser/internet related but I can't be sure, I keep accidentally opening my browser even when I try testing the PC without using it. I suspected my RAM at first but all tests came back clean. Obviously it sounds a browser issue and I assumed if it was causing a memory leak or whatever then it would spike my CPU or take up all the RAM but it doesn't, it appears normal so that's why I'm beginning to think it's something else.

I have tried a ridiculous amount of tests on my CPU, RAM, GPU, but nothing strange shows up, I'm just not sure what else to try.

If there's any suggestions or clues or just any help which could lend me a hand in finally defeating whatever this annoying culprit is then that would be just wonderful. I will be happy to list everything I have tried so far if needed, anymore information needed I will do my best to acquire and submit it.

It would help us help you, if we knew what version/build of Windows you're on, and what hardware you are running.
We can't SEE your screen. You have to tell us these things.
