Achievement notifications
We’ve refreshed your Achievement notifications to give them more detail and more visual flair.
Gamerscore milestone badges
All player profiles with at least 1,000 Gamerscore will display a Gamerscore badge that evolves as your Gamerscore increases. There are many evolution levels available ranging from 1,000 to 10,000,000 Gamerscore!
Hide games
We’ve added the ability to hide any game from your profile’s Gaming tab no matter how many achievements you have unlocked. To hide the games you no longer wish to see, select your gamerpic and then choose View Profile. From there you can right-click or long-press touch screens on any game listed to Hide from profile. You can hide and unhide games as your preferences evolve.
Installation queue updates
Installation queues will now show individual line items for game add-ons that are queued to install. They can be paused or prioritized just as base games can be.
Drive formatting improvements
When you try to install a game and an external storage device is connected to your device, you will see the option to format that storage device directly from the game installation prompt allowing quick installations right from your Xbox app.
Custom game launch parameters
Enter your preferred mods for supported games right from the Xbox app game management screen. Simply locate any installed game in your library and right click or long press the game tile to select Manage. From here, you can enter any custom launch parameters your game supports in the Advanced launch options field.
