News Feeds / Blocked ??

I don't know the Why for of it, But Unable to Comment on any Particular News Feed.. I've tried going through Microsoft Community but it's like a Multiple Chose selection for an answer as to Why ?? I did follow Prompts to Discover a Message back saying , I have No Violations against my Account ?? Cruces of it is Clicking on the Comment Box , no vertical Thin flashing bar appears hence unable to Comment.. Thoughts & Opinions Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

From the Microsoft Start web page.. The News Feed (Number of News Outlets Posting) The Outlets that show a White Background , No Problem when Clicking on Comment .. The remaining News Sites that show a Black Background , after clicking on Comments in the Box I don't see a thin vertical line blinking and unable to leave a Comment is all.. Curious , am I being Blocked and Why is all
