Solved No Windows 11 update

hello there how are you doing today??
My Windows 11 Enterprise Edition is 22000.1042, why isn't it getting the 22H2 update??
Should I wait longer??.

The update comes out in stages. You can either wait, or download the new media with 22H2 and install from there.

Agreed, that Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4702MQ CPU isn't supported. I have an i7-4770 with the same issue plus can't locate a TPM module for the socket on the motherboard, both are deal-killers for properly installing Win11. As for Intel CPUs, an 8th Generation and later are supported but the motherboard still needs the TPM, it's all about security.
