Norton not letting me use it in cloned disc

I cloned a disc from my laptop and put it in a Dell 3060. When I try to load Norton 360 onto dell it keeps loading it as my laptop. what can I change in Dell 3060 to give a separate identity and not confuse both machines I have tried deleting it from Dell but when I download from Norton it still links them. Is there a file or something in the dell I can delete. I have done this cloning and using in another pc and have not had this problem before. My Norton is for ten machines and I only have six used.

Let me add, that cloning is NOT meant to be used between devices as some apps are registered to a particular device. Cloning is designed to be used for disks that are used in the same device: ie moving an installation to a larger drive. If you have other registered software you will probably run into issues with those as well.
