When entering the W11 settings and going to the Reset your PC option, the click is simply ignored, and an audible alert is also emitted. No error message is displayed when clicking on the option.

Also, my Notebook shows work, black screens, some programs simply do not open and others give errors out of nowhere.

After turning on the machine, sometimes there is just a black screen for a certain period of time.1000001125.jpg

When a reset save files is performed:

a) a fresh Windows version is installed
b) files are saved
c) drivers need to be reinstalled
d) applications need to be reinstalled

the above failed?

Can you be a little clearer? My computer knowledge is actually basic and superficial. Is there any other way to restore my notebook since the most accessible option simply stopped working?
