when I change number 26 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlNsi{eb004a00-9b1a-11d4-9123-0050047759bc}
to everyone full control, it seems to work. when I reboot it goes back to read only. I tried owner as system and administrator to no avail.
how can i set it so it does not reset.
