After installing a Nvidia GPU, my Realtek audio driver has disappeared and I can't play music without glitches.
The Realtek driver no longer appears in Device Manager or in Windows sound settings. But when I run the Realtek driver installer, it detects that the Realtek driver is present.
I am running Windows 11 24H2, and I installed a GeForce RTX 5060, driver version: 580.97
The Realtek driver for my Mobo, according to ASUS, is DRV_LAN_RTK_8111_SZ-TSD_W11_64_V11682211182024_20250310R
And my Mobo is ASUS PRIME B365M‑A.
I actually did a system restore, and the audio was working for a while, but then it glitched out again. Maybe because I got a Nvidia update, not sure.
What I tried: uninstalling and deleting Nvidia audio drivers from Device Manager, then uninstalling the "High Definition Audio Device", then installing the Realtek driver from the downloaded installer provided by ASUS.
