NZXT PC rental business destroyed by Gamers Nexus in hour long expose.

I love these long expose pieces that Steve Burke does from Gamers Nexus. This one is just mind boggling to me. The fact it's not rent to own, but rent to just rent forever. And then the crazy bait and switch tactics on the models and the included peripherals.

I love that Steve awarded them the 1st ever, "Repulsive, Most Unethical, Amoral, Corrupt, Dishonest, Shady Predatory Advisor award." and added them to the Gamers Nexus permanent ban list (Advertising Policies — Gamers.Nexus | Failure & Root Cause Analysis, Ethics).

Anyway, if true, something needs to be done. Also, why I don't buy vendor-built desktop systems. And yes, he's done a few exposés on those too.

Yeah, i don't necessarily think all of the vendor-built desktops are bad.....some are okay. i build my own as well for the most part. I've had a few dell desktops in the past, but nothing like these gaming PC's that are out there these days.

I prefer to build my own and i understand how to do it, so it works out for me. I almost never build for anybody else these days though. It's always a lifetime of support hassle that I don't want to deal with.
