O365 Word application icon is not appearing on Desktop

Hi

We installed O365 application on some of our laptops, but unfortunately Word icon is not appearing o the desktop. When the user open the word files, they are working but cannot see the icon.

Any solution plz

Is there an icon in Start - Programs? If so, just right-click and drag to the desktop and create a shortcut icon. Otherwise, search for Word.exe, navigate to the folder, and right-click and drag to the desktop and create a shortcut.

Actually, the icon of any Word file is not appearing on the desktop.

For example: If the user saves any file in Word on the desktop, the icon of that Word file is not appearing?

This is the main issue
