odd problem with cursor location

There is a contrast control in the Intel Graphics Command Centre.
Display > Color > Contrast Enhancement > All colors or RGB and slider controls for each.

In Windows > Settings > Accessibility > Contrast themes > ...

HELMUT by gosh I stand corrected , I found that contrast adj in the intel command center as you described. I have learned something you guys, antspants, Spunk, HELMUT, much appreciated. I will make notes and absorb this stuff for future reference.
A tentative observation while playing around for a few minutes It appears I may have to use the contrast adjustments differently for different screens, fonts etc. For instance, i have to raise the contrast to see the fonts on this dark page more clearly but when I switch to the blue desktop screen it is way to bright and needs the contrast back down. There may be compromises I can make with other adjustments but for now i am just happy to get by with a little help from my friends. Thanks again.
