does it produce any error or success message after that screen? or does that just close and nothing else shows?

I think the problem is internet connection,
I put the VPN and Its done, its fine now,

If you use an Archive Office iso you will get thrown a virus warning. Override Windows Security and open it. The installer when launched, offers several download configurations. Choose your desired channel and let Office Click and Run download and install it.
