Is there a way to disable splash screens in Office 2021...especially Outlook? In the past you could create a shortcut and add the /q qualifier at the end. I just tried that with Outlook and it doesn't work.

Thanks...except I'm referring to the splash screens (i.e. the small screen that pops up as the app is loading). Those links refer to the "start screen."

Thanks for confirming...I assume that is because the splash screen is tied to loading profile, add-ons, etc.?
