I 'Unlink' OneDrive when I'm away on holiday to protect my documents in case my computer is stolen. But when I return to sign in, my email address is automatically filled in the sign-in box. I click "Next," expecting to be asked for my password, but I'm automatically signs in. I want to prevent this from happening. I've looked online for answers which always shows a different version of Settings that I can see and give further options, such as:
Open OneDrive.
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the window.
Select Settings.
In the Account tab, uncheck the box next to Remember my sign-in info on this device.
Click Save.
My version of Settings does not give me this option.

Using a pin to login is also recommended if one is concerned about security as well as using 2 step verification. You can also utilize your personal vault in onedrive to store sensitive information. Personal Vault: Store Sensitive Files – Microsoft OneDrive
