Hello everyone
I am new to the site.
My question is about One Drive File Picker
I have reviewed the Github and other sites several times and still can't seem to get these questions answered.
I registered an application for the file picker in Azure.
In version 7.2 and 8.0 there is an input in the configuration for the Client ID (also known as the App Id).
Is this how the picker brings up the OneDrive files and folders, based on the client ID which is (at lease in theory) connected to a OneDrive account?
Does the app that's using the file picker has to have a OneDrive installed as well?
just so I am clear
I have developed and registered an online application but I do not have a OneDrive 365 account.
I have an Azure account, but not a 365 account, I don't use OneDrive at all.
Is there a way for the File Picker to belong to one account and the OneDrive to belong to another account but connect the folder link to OneDrive so the user sees the there files and folders via the app, even though the app itself has no actual 365 OneDrive account associated with it?
I want the app to allow a client (who has a OneDrive account) to bring up the file picker and use there folders and files via my app and allowing the picker to show up in a frame.
I hope I am making sense.
