Solved Only display and setting is show my text 100 % correct

I do not know what I did wrong, but n only setting and all under settings is showing my text smooth, but all my other applications show it bad, like it is and old computer. somwere I may have changed something to trigger it.

Try changing the DPI scaling, apply it (if you need to, I forget) then change it back to whatever your preference is.
