Hi forum,

Is it possible to redirect Telegram links to the sidebar apps in Edge? I have uninstalled Telegram and now use the web version on the sidebar.

You can add a site to it. Not sure if this is what you mean.

Do you mean adding Telegram to the sidebar? I have already done it.

What I want to do:

1. I search for something, to find it on Telegram

2. Google lists Telegram links. like "t.me/telegramusername".

3. By clicking on the link, the dialogue appears, and tells me I have to open the link with the associated app (I don't have installed Telegram). I have added Telegram on the sidebar (web version)

4. I want the link to open on the Telegram sidebar.

Currently, I have to copy the link (Telegram account's link), go to the Telegram sidebar, press its Search button, paste the link and find the exact username from multiple usernames that Telegram offers!
