If you want your Windows 11 machine to be able to SEND files to things like firesticks (Android) / Remote smart TV's or NAS (non Windows) servers then you need to install from the add optional features the OPENSSH server and in services start it and enable automatically.
I'd also install the TPM diagnostics module from the same source.
