Opinions on Windows 11 vs Windows 10?


I would never go back to Windows 10. Windows 11 has it's flaws, but it is still overall much better IMO than 10.

Depending on your task and expect on Windows,

My work is mainly on data processing. speed is 1st priority.
On same computer hardware, my task running much slower on Windows 11. hence Windows 11 is NOT my choice.

I have Windows 11 computer for other purposes, such as online TV, video.

I see! Yeah this is a PyAutoGUI issue since as far as I know, there exist KB/Mouse automation/clickers that run on Windows 11. I am not 100% certain about this though as I do NOT use such apps. On Windows 10 they work for sure. Depending on how they are implemented, this can however cause a major security flaw in your system, so care must be taken.

AutoITScript works on Win10 according to their website, but there is no mention of Win11. So I am not entirely sure if Win11 added some security layer that prohibits these functions or if AutoIT just has been lazy updating their web page. This tool also has mouse and KB automation features and I used to use this a lot during Win7 era.

Autoclickers work fine on Win10. My son has used those, but I force uninstalled those before he gets me and himself banned from Steam.
