ordered one of these Silverstone 180mm fans, but it was too noisy - made a buzzing sound that was too annoying to me. So am returning it :(. It is huge!

Yes, I know it was PWM. It wasn't running at full speed, but quite low - the fan curve I made limited it to less than half speed. or lower based on DIMM temperature. It is just that the motor/ball bearings buzzed at certain speeds .
