I have tried everything that I can find on this and can't get this resolved. I had to do a clean install of Windows 10 then upgraded it to Windows 11 and the Performance Counters are just not there as shown in the image. There must be a fix for this. I will appreciate any help with this. Thanks

I would start by right clicking one of the devices and going to properties.
Under the details tab look for hardware Ids.
From the VID and PID you should be able to get an idea of what device they are part of. Sometimes these are part of the chipset. WIth the VID/PID and make/model you should be able to track down the driver and install.

It probably won't help in this situation, but it's still good to test if you haven't already. lodctr /r command rebuild the Windows Performance counters
Code:
lodctr /r

If you click on the dropdown list where you can see the currently-showing property "Device description" then you will see the option to choose HardwareID.

Thanks Guys, I fixed it using Driver Easy. I have more money than brains. LOL . I had many Intel Drivers that were old. I guess it is not a good idea to rely on MS! I really appreciate it.
