Mondo does it again

I am getting pretty old and it's going quick so I'm just trying not take it for granted and enjoy it as much as I can.

After the EC Fem said she has previously held back at 600m and she would try it without doing that

Audrey Werro wins . Fem almost caught her, less than 0.1 second behind with another National record.

Bit different at the Ultimate champs. The athletes choose which semi they want to be in and pick their lanes.

In the 200m Gabby Thomas and Melissa JW pick semi 1 lane 7 and lane 6. Amy Hunt chose semi 2 to give her a better chance to get to the final.

As far as I know, first 4 in each semi qualify for the final.

Last night 800m semi. The girl in the red vest was accidentally tripped from behind. She was bleeding afterwards. Looks like she got kicked or spiked in the face at 4.23

She has been advanced to the final. :-) There are 9 lanes

I don't like the purple on black it is hard to read and looks like a cheap Halloween night disco. Tacky. Hopefully they will change that in future.

The athletes seem to enjoy the opportunity of another tournament and prize money.
