I am having an issue on a domain user PC ilin which the user's Attach>open dialog does not preview pdf or word files, but does preview photos. This box seems to be using Windows 11 file explorer to higlight the attachment and preview. What does work in the same preview in Outlook Classic, regular navigating to the files in File explorer, and even on Outlook New's option to select preview from the drop down of an already attached file in the compose or reply box. The preview of an already attached file which seems to use an Outlook New feature, not file explorer, is extra steps that the user would not like to have. Ive tried match adobe acrobat, outlook new, and office desktop apps are all 64 bit. Pdf preview has been enabled or disabled in Acrobat, no change. The preview box is blank, no error message.
