Should I increase the page file size? If "yes", to how much?

With 64GB of RAM you probably don't "need" a page file.
It's probably best to just leave it as System Managed Size.

No. Current versions of Windows (10/11) are much more intelligent at managing, best left alone .. especially if you don't know/understand what and/or why you should do any tinkering.

i haven't gone into a page file in windows and adjusted anything in probably 15 years now. It self manages just fine. It's a lot better about knowing what it needs that I am guessing that by changing some setting I will somehow get way more performance out of my PC.
