Page_fault_in_nonamed - reason "easyanticheat_eos" when playing rust

starting today im getting the bsod on windows 11 with the error "page_fault_in_nonamed_area" reason "easyanticheat_eos_sys"

im running a gtx 1070 with a 5800x3d, and 32gb of 3600mhz. Ive tried almost every solution online, deleting the eac file and reinstalling, reinstalling rust on new drives, updating drivers, reinstalling windows, replacing ram, running as admin, etc. all with no fix. this issue seems to be directly related to games using easy anti cheat as all other app/programs run fine with no performance issues. hopefully someone here can get me on the right track
