Being color deficient I can truthfully say I can get inspired without their new color. I for one am offended by their comment.

It's very nice. I'm not going to use it just now as for some reason it reminds me of funerals (and just had a family funeral). Black and purple. Although that's only with the dark background. Doesn't remind me of funerals with the light background. I've downloaded it anyway for when I'm in a purple mood.

That's not for me. Although I'm using dark mode, and it's not artificially bright, it's just foggy. That's the best way I can describe it. It fogs up my eyes.

Now, Wynona, you know untold thousands (!) of hours of research (!) and testing (!) have gone into that image in that color, and none of the dedicated scientists who developed it have reported any fogging effect.

Carefully consider when your last visit to the ophthalmologist was, and whether there was any mention of cataracts.

(I only say this (jokingly, of course) because I had cataract surgery on both eyes about ten years ago, and I couldn't believe what clear, focused vision I got as a result. I had worn glasses daily for sixty-plus years, and suddenly I no longer needed them. And that's no joke.)

I'm so sorry about those untold thousands of research hours and testing, but I tells it like I sees it.

Ummm, lemme see now . . . It's been so long ago that I can't 'zackly 'member when my cataract surgery was performed; sometime around 20 years ago. You're right though; I still don't need glasses for driving, but I do need 'em for reading and computer work.

The one thing I do have problems with is a sensitivity to light, which dark mode helps with immensely. That particular color is somewhere between eye destroying and optimal; just isn't my cuppa.

And yeah, I know you're poking fun.

I think it's the curvature of my acrylics that handles the light very differently from my old natural lenses. Overhead lights really get me.
