Passkey (Yubikey) NFC option for my Google account but no option for NFC on MS Account?

I have a FIDO2 Yubikey and I wanted to store the passkey on the Yubikey under my MS Account using my Android phone but it has no option to select NFC as opposed on my Google account. Why is this happening? Is this a bug?

The Google account has the option to select NFC. But not for the MS account.
