Password Keeper program stopped working


If it doesn't run from a fresh install, then it sounds like it accesses a remote server to work. Since the author has passed away, the server was likely taken down or expired.

have you tried disable "smart app control" i had to to disable it because it blocked Pdfgear install. beware once you
disable it, it cannot be reactivated.
