OS
Windows 10
Basically I started an inplace upgrade and in the process a bugcheck occured (empty error string, bugcheck code is 0x00000139) and after that plenty more bugchecks have been showing up randomly pointing to ntoskrnl.exe (first, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, then SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT)

I have uploaded the logs created by the log collector.

Windows Build/Version
22H2, 22621.1555 after upgrade, i dont know what it was before

what part of the logs made you come to that conclusion?
I didn't look at the logs, but from experience random and varying error codes could indicate a RAM problem. A particular driver problem would likely give the same error each time

That's a first, the RAM being more stable at a higher frequency! Never heard of that before....

Glad it's sorted 👍
