Hi, i don't think that it's related to PSU, but when i done some reasarch all the source i can find says it might be related to PSU.
But i just changed the PSU i had, and the new one is 600W, i can't find the solution for so long and i can't use my PC properly.
how do i fix it?
The system keeps working, but the screen is compeletly black and it says ''no signal''

Also i don't understand firmware stuff, so if i have to show some logs and bug reports please tell me how to do it.

This is the exact same thread i opened in tenforums.com (PC shuts down after playing games around 40-50 minutes for no reason - Windows 10 Help Forums) here is what i said before opening a thread in elevenforum.com

You had a reply in the 10 Forums at about the time you posted here.

The suggestion was that the RX580 card is overheating.

I suggest monitoring it with GPU-Z. (Freeware.)

You could stress the card with Furmark. (Also freeware.) I don't know whether OCCT is comparable, as regards graphics cards.

If the system really "keeps working", it doesn't sound like the CPU overheating. That should shut down the PC altogether.

Good luck.

yes i just saw it, im going to try.
so while trying the Heaven (GPU stress program) it crashed after few minutes, so i believe it is related to GPU?

but Furmark was fine i waited around 10 minutes and nothing happened with it.
i couldn't capture the tempretures but as i remember:
in Furmark it was 62-65 (Average 63 i believe)
in Heaven it was around 70.

I doubt that either would crash the GPU.

so do i have an option to fix it or i should buy a new one?
Try freshly re-installed drivers and try again.

If stressing the GPU doesn't cause the issue, my guess is that the card is OK.

If the CPU isn't overheating (which would shut down the PC altogether), I'm mystified.

Depending what game, what resolution and game settings you may be maxing out 4GB vram. Don't know for sure that is the issue but game should show minimum graphics card required and max settings they can handle. Something else to look at. Have you experimented with different settings?

yes i did in low resolutions but it didn't work, however when i play League or Valorant it doesn't shutdown.
But im pretty sure i have the required system specs for games i play (R6, Elden Ring, Sekiro, Apex) but like i said i can't play.

The symptoms scream of overheating, i know you've checked and it isn't but something doesn't sound right, Drivers are fine, wonder what the hot point on the gpu is, its usually around 10 or so higher than the normal temp you see. I'd run with Hwinfo Running monitors and sensors and get it to log. Also worth checking reliability monitor and seeing what error its throwing in there.

More and more power crammed into smaller and smaller spaces means you need to provide for adequate heating.

Any physicist will tell you if you have more electrons crammed into smaller and smaller spaces then heat goes up significantly.

Most computers will shut down if either the CPU or GPU overheats. Some new GPU's get pretty hot too !!!!

Cheers
