The PDF-TOOLS wont go away seems stuck there no option to delete where did it come from i noticed yahoo still shows up
then is settings i see that PDF Tool thing after resetting the goggle browser

Use Revo Uninstaller, aggressive mode, to remove any suspicious programs from your PC.
Use Malwarebytes to remove suspicious files from your PC.
Remove any suspicious extensions from Chrome, save your Google sign-in, bookmarks, etc. and completely uninstall Chrome with Revo and perform a fresh install of Chrome.

What steps did you take to remove it? Pdftools is one words not two, you need to be more careful and specific how you ask questions and respond to questions asked to you.

You also asked this same question Feb, 28 and you ignored the thread after asking it. You are developing a reputation . . .

If I look at the OP's history of highly suspicious and unresolved issues, I'm almost convinced that he needs to perform a clean, bare metal reinstallation of his entire OS. However, I have no way of relating that to him, in light of all the aforementioned issues that seem to go unresolved.
