Hello all!

I've had an occasional issue with some software (changes from games to apps) that shows up on my Reliability Monitor.

It's a different app every time, but when it does happen there are issues with my system. While the Warnings are notable, I've had more issues from App Failures than anything else.

What I'm looking for, if possible, is a piece of software that I can have in the System Tray that will speak up when there is an "Application Failure" issue (as shown below):

My goal is to track these issues and either send info to the devs to correct or just find a replacement so it doesn't happen again.

Thanks for the help!

Trying to track down and fix all errors is wasted time IMO. In many cases these are non-halting errors (kind of the point of error handling in code). Hey I had an error, here's a report (in eventlog), but most of the time applications are designed to recover from an error and keep working.

If you're having actual halting errors (program crash, functionality breaking etc) then yeah you may want to report to the developer.

Click on a column in the timeline with a red circle.
In the box that appears below right click on the specific Critical Error > View technical details.
Next page right at the top, 3rd column is Status, that will almost always say "Report sent".

That is it really job already done, it shows that the info has been sent to Microsoft and on to the developer.

As a further check you can get the MS Diagnostic Data Viewer App and it will appear in there as well, in the Problem reports section.

Thanks @Helmut. That's a big part of what I'm looking for. Wanted to make sure the devs get the info so they can improve their software.
