I’ve Googled this and can’t find the simple things I’m looking for. One thing is how to turn on/off the filmstrip and/or how to make it float (or even just move it). It floats in several YouTube videos I’ve watched on how to use it but not in others. I just tried using it viewing thousands of trail cam photos and the filmstrip covers up all the trail cam info, like date, time, temp, etc. I didn’t find anything in the settings… How can you control the filmstrip?

It’s erratic in what’s shown in the filmstrip. On the trail cam SD card, all the 3,500+ photos are there when you advance thru the filmstrip. Yet in a folder on the laptop with only 9 photos in it, Photo will only show four in the filmstrip and won’t advance more. They are all jpegs and all open if double-clicked in Explorer. How do you get it to show all photos in a single folder on the SSD?

Just click on the photo to make the film strip and menu icons disappear. Click again to bring them back.

Works like a charm, thanks.

Any ideas on why Photo doesn’t show/go thru all the images in a folder on the laptop? (Remember I can properly go thru thousands on an SD card.)

I now have 16 screenshots in my screenshot folder, but Photos will show only four at a time. And three of them are always the same!

In other words, if I open any single image at random (top, bottom, middle), that image will be shown in Photos, I can not go left (backwards) to show prior images, but I can go right (forwards) for three, but it’s always the same three and not the images in order. Weird…

What gives?
